No one can answer that question for you, but you can always take people’s different view on it into consideration.

The previous post was written by our staff from the marketing team. easi6 Limited is not the first company she worked for and her answer is closer to a “No.”

Absolutely!
Creating a new culture in a company brings me a great sense of accomplishment. The company and I are both at the starting line. We are growing and making a new culture together so this company means a lot to me. This connect I have with this company helps it grow strong bringing change.

Just out of college, my mind is fresh and unbiased and everyone expects new idea from me. I am passionate and love facing new challenges. Many say it will be hard because I have no experience, but this is actually a great motivation to learn and I can test out what I learned right away. I feel like everything I do is not only for the company, but also for ME. And, I really like that.

Startup is where people of various background come together to help each other out. I don’t have experience, but my co-worker does so he helps me. A lot, actually. In return, I know how to communicate online to garner social media attention. It’s just the start for me, but this company gives me great responsibility which really makes me think I am really doing something.

People ask me why I joined a startup as my first job. Honestly, I do not know what the difference between a startup and a big corporate is. You chose a company if you believe in their product and value. I believe in Easiway because it makes it easier for commuters between Hong Kong and Shenzhen. My confidence in this business acts as a rock even when things get shaky.

I love what I do and that’s the most important part of a job.
